Our Meat

At Famous Fritz we make all our sausages, smoked meats, and sandwich meat right here in house and from scratch! This means we use whole muscle meat (never by-products), raw spices, and no preservatives.

Or goal is to provide you with the best possible product with the least amount of processing.

Our all-natural Angus Beef is from the Okanagan, BC and raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Our pork and chicken are all-natural and raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics as well and come from Abbotsford BC. All of our smoked products are cured using our secret brine recipe and then smoked for a minimum of 12 hours using hickory chips in our smokehouses, never liquid smoke. And, as always, our meat products contain NO FILLERS, NO BINDERS, NO MSG, and NO GLUTEN.
