We have developed a new line of sausage products based on our philosophy of providing our customers with only the best possible nutritional products. We manufacture our products locally, here in Creston, BC, and everything is made in-store without Fillers, Binders, Sugar or MSG added to our gluten free products.
We sent two Famous Fritz sausage samples to a laboratory in Bellingham, Washington where they were analyzed by Compu-Food. Although this special type of comprehensive analysis is expensive, we are maintaining a steady schedule of this program to ensure consistent high quality in our products.
